Blue Wigwam is proud to have designed the external works for the redevelopment of the iconic Toast Rack building in Manchester.

We have designed almost two acres of amenity space for residents, including a fully covered Winter Garden with play areas for children, A Roof Top Garden on top the Toast Rack with excellent uninterrupted views over Manchester, A Courtyard Garden and grassed play and relaxation areas around the site. Some of the duplexes also have private garden/amenity spaces wherever it was possible to bring them into the design.
